Trefor Coster
Trefor started his jiu-jitsu journey in Japan, with Nagoya Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Club.
He received his blue belt from Kevin Chan at Kamon BJJ in Portsmouth in 2010.
In 2018 he moved to the Borders, joined Evolution MMA and resumed training.
Trefor now teaches the Gi Classes at Evolution MMA
